Saturday 11-23-24 Pinball Cabinet, Diamond Painting & Games

We had a great day hanging around the house.

Larry spent the day working on his mini pinball cabinet. Today he worked on the backbox speakers and monitor installation. He started out by making a plate for the monitor and speakers. He made the plate out of a plastic sheet he had ordered. The plastic was suppose to have a texture on one side and be smooth on the other side, Larry wanted to use the textured side, he knew the smooth side would scratch really easy. Unfortunately the vendor sent him plastic with both sides smooth. He was disappointed but used it. He was glad there is a protective plastic on one side. He drilled the holes on his mill and they came out good. He had to smooth out the edges of the speaker holes using a sanding disc. After he drilled the holes he installed the speakers and monitor and it looks excellent. He needs to order speaker grills because the speakers don't come with them.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Two Game Tango Mini of six games (3 Spider and 3 Free Cell). It took me 19 minutes and 27 seconds, which put me in 26th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

I worked on my diamond painting of the Tiger.

I worked out with the Synth Riders for a half hour.

I couldn't keep my eyes open so I took a nap. When I woke up I played seven games of pinball. The games were Playboy, Metallica, Medieval Madness, Iron Man, Star Wars, Willy Wonka and The Godfather. While playing Iron Man I became #4 high score. I had a good afternoon of playing pinball.

We watched YouTube videos.

In the evening we continued watching the first season of Elementary. Then I watched the third movie of Fantastic Beasts called Fantastic Beasts and The Secrets of Dumbledore. Afterwards I finished watching the second season of Hidden. This detective series on Acorn is in both English and Walsh so you have to read the subtitles. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 2nd place in my group.
