Friday 11-22-24 Cleaning Windows, Pinball Cabinet Build, Diamond Painting & Ett's A2 Dance

Happy Friday

We had another gorgeous day with the morning temperature in the low 40s and the high of 73 degrees.

We love these temperatures because we can do things outdoors if needed. Every morning when Larry wakes up he ask Alexa to open the blinds. Alexa opens the blinds in the living room and dining room. In the evening we asked Alexa to close the blinds. Early morning the sun shines through the windows and they look bad. The temperature was very nice so I cleaned the windows on the back porch, one in the dining room and two in the living room. First I removed the screens. Next I wiped one of the windows in the living room down with Dawn and warm water to remove all the dirt. Then I sprayed Invisible Glass on the window and wiped it off with paper towels. We use Invisible Glass because it doesn't leave a film and it doesn't streak. Then I went inside and sprayed the window with Invisible Glass and wiped it off. I repeated this process on the other two windows. When I was finished I asked Larry if he would put the screens back in because they have a couple of clips on top of the screen, which makes it hard to put back in place. Now you can see clearly through the windows.

Larry continued working on his pinball cabinet. Today he drilled the holes of the buttons and plunger. He used his mill and new tool kit. The holes came out smooth and perfect. He made a template for the launch button but he won't get the button for a few days. He already had the other buttons and he received the plunger the other day. So he installed the buttons in the holes. The cabinet is looking great.

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: Tri Peaks Mini of 5 games. It took me 8 minutes and 59 seconds, which put me in 8th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds.

I worked on my Tiger diamond painting. I couldn't keep my eyes open so I took a break and took an hour nap.

After my nap I worked out with the Synth Riders for a half hour. My surroundings were off a bit and the floor was at my shoulders so I asked Larry to set the boundaries for me. I'm glad I have him around to do these thing for me. Once he did this I worked out.

Working out

Larry played a few pinball games while I worked out. They were Superman and the Justice League, Mission Impossible, Creature From the Black Lagoon and X-Men. When he playing The Creature From The Black Lagoon he got to a place where he fought with a guy and blew his head off. Neither of us have ever seen this before. He had a super time playing the games.

When I finished working out I played pinball. I played the same games as Larry and a couple more. I played the weekly challenge of Playboy and Big Buck Hunter Pro. When I played Playboy I played Mansion Mania and entered my initials. I didn't get a new high score but I was close. When I played Superman and the Justice League I played two players. I had a fun time playing pinball.

In the evening I attended Ett McAtee's Weekly A2 dance at 6:30 for an hour. She called four tips to 12 participants. She did help us when we were in the wrong place by say where we should be. I had fun dancing with friends.

After the dance we continued watching the first season of Elementary. Then I watched the second movie of Fantastic Beasts called Fantastic Beasts: The Crime of Grindelwald. I continued watching the second season of Hidden. I ended up doing 17,000 steps, which put me in 2nd place in my group.
