Thursday 1-15-26 No Dancing, Projects, Workout & More

We had a wonderful Thursday.

The weatherman was correct, the wind died down and we had blue skies and sunshine. The morning temperature was 34 degrees and the high was 62 degrees. 

I don't have any dances on Thursdays. 

Larry spent most of the day playing with the mini cabinet. He updated the game Dead Pool with a new version. Someone fixed some things that didn't work correctly on the original game. Some of the fixes worked perfect and others didn't. He had a great time doing this project.

We received an e-mail from the UPS Store letting us know we had a package waiting for us. Our home owners insurance company provided us with three water leak detectors free of charge. They work with an Android app, you need an account and you need to setup each device. You then place it on the floor in whatever area you have that might get water. If it senses water it beeps and sends you a text message 

While in town we stopped by Walmart to buy a few things. 

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event was Event: World Tour Mini of 10 games. It took me 33 minutes and 26 seconds, which put me in 13th place in my group. I played Angry Birds Friends and Angry Birds 2.

I worked out with the Synth Riders for 30 minutes to three songs twice, which were Calling Out, Revenger and Showdown. While playing Calling Out I had two Outstanding scores but didn't get a new high score.

I played Gunpowder Glunch on Bounce Arcade twice and earned a bronze trophy both times. The second game was the best. I played Wooden Sign Rally Multiball and Jailbreak Multiball. I did Barrel Barrage twice and Quick Drawl once and failed all three times to complete the event. I didn't play too well but had fun.

I played three pinball games on the mini cabinet, which were Jaws, The Godfather and Three Angels. While playing The Godfather I became high score #1.

I played seven pinball games on the big cabinet. They were Big Bang Bar, Dracula, Indiana Jones, Indianapolis 500, Mustang, Superman and the Justice League and Willow. I didn't play well on the big cabinet but had fun.

In the evening we started watching the sixth season of Miss Scarlet on PBS. Then I watched the fourth movie of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. I ended up doing 6,000 steps, which included 15 minutes of my Jazz routine.
