Friday 1-17-25 Dancing with Karin and Greg, Mini Pinball Cabinet & Bounce Arcade

 

Windy Cold Day

We had a cold windy day with the low of 49 degrees and the high of 66 degrees.

We started the day out working on the mini pinball cabinet. Today we finished putting on the decals on the playfield frame. Once the decals were on Larry trimmed the edges and touch them up with the black paint marker. Next he removed the tape and plastic from the cabinet from when he painted the cabinet black. He noticed that the black paint had bleed through the protection so he decided to touch the inside up. He had to put a few coats of white paint on to cover the black paint. Unfortunately it was too windy to coat the playfield frame with a clear coat, maybe tomorrow.

I worked out with the Wii Fit for 45 minutes. 

Then I played Gunpowder Gulch three times, which was about a 45 minutes. The third game was the best I got a sliver trophy. I did the Saloon and Jailhouse Break multi-balls, Shoot Out with the deputies twice, the Barrel Barrage shoot the barrels before they hit the ground twice and I cracked the Safe, which gave me a multi-ball of two balls. I was unsuccessful with the Shoot Out and Barrel Barrage events but I think I'm getting better.

 

Gunpowder Gulch 

I did the Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong. The event today was Event: World Tour Mini of 10 games. It took me 35 minutes and 9 seconds, which put me in 9th place in my group. Then I played Angry Birds and Friends and Angry Birds 2.

After playing Angry Birds I played four pinball games, which were Game of Thrones, Spider-Man, Junk Yard and Black Rose. While playing Spider-Man I did get high score #4 and I also got high score #4 in Junk Yard.

I worked on the Fairy diamond painting.

In the evening I attended Ett McAtee's Weekly A2 dance at 6:30 for an hour. This week Ett was calling in person so Karin Rabe and Greg Moore called the dance for her. They called four tips to 11 participants. They called each tip together and did a super job. I had a great time dancing to Karin and Greg and with friends.

After the dance we finished watching the fifth season of Creatures Small & Great on PBS. Then I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, which is the last Harry Potter's movie in the series. I ended up doing 18,000 steps, which put me in 4th place in my group.
