Monday 11-17-25 Dancing to Di, Housework, Puzzle & Games

 

Happy Monday

 

We had a wonderful day. It was a hot humid day with the low of 68 degrees and the high of 85 degrees. It wasn't cloudy but there was moister in air.

We started the day out by attending Di Green and Terry McCann's Weekly C1 dance at 9:00 for an hour and fifteen minutes. Di and Terry were back after calling in Germany last week. It went a little longer because in between the tips the dancers talked about this and that. Amy showed up from Maryland so the conversations went a little longer. But it is always a pleasure to see Amy. Di called five tips to 10 participants. Terry danced with her the first three tips and Larry danced with me four of the tips. It's always a great way to start our day off and week off dancing to Di and Terry. We had a super time dancing with friends.

After the dance I did housework. I dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms and laundry. I know I hadn't do housework in a while but I didn't realize how dirty the house was. It took me 45 minutes to do the housework. I did laundry in between doing this and that.

I didn't do my Daily Challenges of Solitaire and Mahjong before going to bed because I played other Solitaire games to earn a golden ticket where my score double when I finish a game of Solitaire. It really doesn't mean anything but I enjoy playing to earn the golden ticket. I did play the challenges after lunch. The event was Event: Klondike Adventure of 20 games. It took me 1 hour, 6 minutes and 21 seconds, which put me in 7th place in my group. I played Angry Birds and Friends and Angry Birds 2.

I worked out with the Synth Riders with four songs twice for 40 minutes. They were Code War (2:59), Phoenix (4:33), You Know That You Love Me (3:14) and Wolves (3:14). I did four outstanding scoring and they were the last two songs of You Know That You Love Me and Wolves. I did get a new high score on the outstanding scoring. I did get four new high scores on Code War and Phoenix. The weird thing was when I got the best high score during Phoenix was when I missed five balls. I had a great time.

I played two games of Monster Manor on Bounce Arcade. I didn't play well but while playing the second game I earned a bronze trophy, woke up the manor once, tried to play the spider multiball and tried to stun the manor.

I played seven games of pinball, which were Austin Powers, Big Bang Bar, Dr. No, James Bond 60th Anniversary, Goldeneye, Jaws and Mission Impossible. I got a new high score of the weekly challenge Austin Powers, which was 107,032,060. We have 37 participants so far and none of the scores have been approved. When they are I'll be 33rd. I had a fun time playing pinball.

In the evening we watched the next Transformers movie, which was Transformers: The Last Knight. When Larry went to bed I watched Beauty and the Beast. Both movies were from our collection of movies. I ended doing 4,500 steps.
