Monday 10-21 Dancing with the Sundancers

Running Errands

We started the day off by going to town to do some errands. First stop was the post office in Belton to restart our mail. Second stop was HEB for grocery shopping to restock items we're low on. Third stop was O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick some fuel line for the Minnie.

Grocery shopping

At our last campground when we were sitting around reading, we smelled fuel. Larry crawled under the Minnie to see if he could find a leak. He found it but it was hard to get to so I had to tell him where to put his hand by using a flashlight. He found out that the fuel line going to the generator was leaking. We didn't need the generator so he was able to cut the line and cap it off. No more smell. By looking at the piece of line he cut out it looked like a squirrel might have ate through it, there was a hunk missing and a slit through the fuel line.

After getting the fuel line we stopped by the UPS Store to pick up our mail. While there Larry paid for another year. Our final errand was the Dollar Tree to finish up our grocery shopping. When we got home I put all the groceries away. What a busy morning.

After lunch we watched an episode of GizWiz and I finished up doing laundry.

Doing laundry

In the evening we went to Sun City to dance with the Sundancers. The format has been changed to try to increase attendance. They start out at 5:00 to 6:00 with round dancing lessons with Lucy and Jerry Pate. At 6:00 to 7:30 they have their mainstream lessons with Brad Caldwell. The dance started at 7:30 and goes to 9:30. The tips rotation was mainstream and plus. Everyone was happy we were back in town. We had four squares for the dancing and everyone danced plus so the tips were all plus tips. There were five couples round dancing. By 9:00 the dance was down to one square and a few extra people. We didn't have enough for an A2 tip so we left a little early. We had a fun evening dancing with friends. It was nice to see Lucy and Jerry Pate. Brad's wife, Paula was there and it's always a pleasure seeing her. Brad did a great job of calling and enjoys his job.

When we got home I watched 3 episodes of Miss Fisher.
